Anthony Jackson died 24-03-07 aged 83. Widower. Died after a fall at the Doctors in a gap outside the door in the ramp for the disabled! Broke his hip and was taken to hospital for a hip replacement. He aws fine straight after surgery but had laboured breathing the day after. This was reported to the nursing staff who said he needed just to put his oxygen mask on. The next day he had a respiratory arrest as he had pneumonia. He was put on a respirator amd had another respiratory arrest. Was taken off the respirator and improved then got pnemonia again and died very quickly after. He was a great loss of a wonderful person with a great sense of humour greatly missed by his family.
